Online booking is NOT available for assessment appointments. Please contact us to book

Child/youth appointments - a parent/guardian is required to attend the first portion of each initial child appointment. Please book appointments for children and adolescents in their name to ensure we offer the appropriate consent forms. If there is a custody agreement in place or you do not have full custody with decision making, please contact us as additional paperwork is required prior to the child attending the appointment.

Couples appointments - each person must fill out an intake form and have a profile created prior to the appointment.

Virtual appointments - are done through the Jane App and the secure online link for the appointment will be sent 30 mins prior to the scheduled time.

Cancellation policy - Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or the full session fee may be charged.

Karl is a Registered Psychologist. He has extensive experience working with a range of populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. He specializes in children’s mental health, including preschoolers. He also enjoys and has experience supporting couples and adults.

Karl has worked as a psychologist for over ten years in a variety of settings, including schools, community mental health, private practice and tertiary day treatment programs. He is a past registered social worker and has degrees in psychology, social work and philosophy/theology.

Karl is an adjunct professor at the University of Alberta with both the Department of Psychiatry and the Department of Educational Psychology. In these positions, he supports the training of psychiatry residents in the child and adolescent subspecialty program and doctoral students in the school and clinical psychology program.

Lisa Bilodeau is an Occupational Therapist with 10 years of experience in a variety of pediatric mental health settings including tertiary day programs, in-patient units and community level clinics. Lisa is passionate about working with children and youth with complex neurodevelopmental disorders, and has a keen interest in Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD).
